As advertised - easily fits ceiling heights from 7'6" to 9'6". Well, I'm here to tell you that this falls short of our 9'4 3/4" ceiling. Even with the top tube only hitting one hole. And I had to redrill the top holes to get the screws to go through. It looks like it might be sturdy but I am going to have to use a shim or something to get it to fit as it does not go to 9'6".

The Tintorettol is a sturdy and useful setup. The only minor quibble is that the two vertical supports are fairly close together, and if your bike needs to be supported in weird places (Gary Fisher mountain bikes, anyone?) you'll need to put the arms at a fairly wide angle. With a little creativity it should do for just about any model.
